We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle incoming calls from UK-based customers. The role includes responding to customer enquiries, providing guidance throughout the travel insurance policy issuance process, and ensuring prompt and professional resolution of queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls from UK customers

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, and when required, through email and chat

  • Issue travel insurance policies

  • Log and resolve customer complaints in line with company procedures

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Education & Experience

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply

  • Basic computer knowledge is essential

  • Minimum educational qualification: SSC and Higher Secondary (Plus Two)

Key Competencies

  • Flexibility to work any shift between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM UK time, 5 days a week (9-hour shifts including a 1-hour break)

  • Availability during the induction period (no leave permitted during the first 3 months)

Compensation
