We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle incoming calls from UK-based customers. The role includes responding to customer enquiries, providing guidance throughout the travel insurance policy issuance process, and ensuring prompt and professional resolution of queries.

Key Responsibilities

 Handle incoming calls from UK customers

 Respond to customer queries via phone, and when required, through email and chat

 Issue travel insurance policies

 Log and resolve customer complaints in line with company procedures

 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Education & Experience

 Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply

 Basic computer knowledge is essential

 Minimum educational qualification: SSC and Higher Secondary (Plus Two)

Key Competencies

 Strong verbal and written communication skills

 Good listening, reading and typing abilities

 Basic IT literacy

 Adaptability and willingness to learn

 Ability to work effectively in a team environment

 Flexibility to work any shift between 12:00 PM – 2:00 AM UK time, 5 days a week (9-hour shifts including a 1-hour break)

 Availability during the induction period (no leave permitted during the first 3 months)
