Role Overview

As the
Assistant to the Founder
, you will work closely with the leadership team to support strategic initiatives, manage daily operations, and ensure seamless coordination across departments. This role demands exceptional communication, organization, and discretion, as you'll act as a key bridge between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative, operational, and strategic support to the Founder.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, presentations, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft communications, reports, and briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with teams across marketing, product, partnerships, and operations for project follow-ups.
  • Conduct basic research and data compilation for decision-making.
  • Support execution of brand collaborations, investor meetings, and high-level events.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace / MS Office tools.
  • Smart, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
