Role Overview

We are seeking a
highly organized, confident, and proactive Founder's Office Associate
to work directly with the Founder on business operations, brand strategy, and key initiatives.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys responsibility, and is eager to gain exposure to how decisions are made at the highest level.

You will play a pivotal role in
supporting strategic execution, managing priorities, and representing the Founder's office
with professionalism and grace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted partner to the Founder in daily planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Support key business functions — operations, marketing, partnerships, and brand outreach.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare business reports and presentations.
  • Manage internal and external communications, ensuring clarity and timely action.
  • Coordinate meetings, track deliverables, and follow up on critical projects.
  • Represent the Founder's office with discretion, empathy, and impeccable communication.
  • Assist in planning events, collaborations, and media interactions as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields (MBA preferred).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Polished personality with professional etiquette and emotional intelligence.
  • Comfortable using MS Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools.
