Role Overview

As the
Director – Founder's Office
, you will be a key strategic partner to the Founder, driving the company's most critical business priorities.

This role blends
strategy, execution, and leadership
, acting as the connective tissue between vision and delivery across all functions —
business growth, product, operations, partnerships, and finance
.

You will oversee the execution of high-impact projects, ensure alignment among teams, and drive Nynii's mission forward with precision, ownership, and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor and execution partner to the Founder on all key initiatives.
  • Drive alignment across leadership functions — Product, Growth, Marketing, and Operations — to ensure business priorities are met.
  • Lead cross-functional projects that accelerate growth, improve efficiency, and strengthen the Nynii brand.
  • Build and monitor OKRs, ensuring accountability and timely delivery across departments.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and investor communication.
  • Identify business risks and opportunities, and proactively develop solutions to optimize performance.
  • Support the Founder in fundraising efforts, investor reporting, and key stakeholder communication.
  • Mentor and lead team members within the Founder's Office to enhance execution capability and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal Profile

  • Some experience in management consulting, venture building, business operations, or leadership roles within fast-growing startups.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, problem-solving, and managing complex cross-functional projects.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • High degree of ownership, adaptability, and ability to work in an unstructured, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong leadership presence, influencing skills, and attention to detail.
  • Deep passion for technology-driven social impact and business transformation.
