About the Role
We (One of Our Clients) are looking for a
Founder's Office Executive / Associate
who can work closely with the founders to drive strategic initiatives, streamline operations, and support cross-functional activities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, analytical, organised, and comfortable handling a mix of strategic, operational, and light sales-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Founder's Office / Strategic Support
- Work directly with the founders on high-priority projects and business initiatives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Prepare business presentations, reports, and internal documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, HR, Operations, Sales, Marketing) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Track OKRs, project timelines, and deliverables; ensure accountability across teams.
- Assist in investor communications, MIS preparation, and performance dashboards.
- Handle special internal projects, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Sales Coordination
- Support sales team with lead follow-ups, basic client coordination, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing sales decks, proposals, and presentations.
- Track sales activities, maintain CRM hygiene, and share weekly reports.
- Participate in client calls when required and ensure smooth communication flow.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Founder's Office / Business Operations / Strategy roles.
- Strong research, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets).
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- High ownership mindset, professionalism, and problem-solving attitude.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working closely with leadership/founders in startups.
- Understanding of business operations or sales processes.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
