About the Role

We (One of Our Clients) are looking for a 
Founder's Office Executive / Associate
 who can work closely with the founders to drive strategic initiatives, streamline operations, and support cross-functional activities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, analytical, organised, and comfortable handling a mix of strategic, operational, and light sales-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Founder's Office / Strategic Support

  • Work directly with the founders on high-priority projects and business initiatives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Prepare business presentations, reports, and internal documentation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, HR, Operations, Sales, Marketing) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Track OKRs, project timelines, and deliverables; ensure accountability across teams.
  • Assist in investor communications, MIS preparation, and performance dashboards.
  • Handle special internal projects, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Sales Coordination

  • Support sales team with lead follow-ups, basic client coordination, and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing sales decks, proposals, and presentations.
  • Track sales activities, maintain CRM hygiene, and share weekly reports.
  • Participate in client calls when required and ensure smooth communication flow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Founder's Office / Business Operations / Strategy roles.
  • Strong research, documentation, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • High ownership mindset, professionalism, and problem-solving attitude.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working closely with leadership/founders in startups.
  • Understanding of business operations or sales processes.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
