About the role

A strategic, high-ownership role working directly with the Founders/CEO to shape marketing strategy and execute growth initiatives. You'll be the bridge between leadership and the marketing function — from GTM launches to tracking funnel metrics and coordinating agencies.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Founders on marketing strategy, brand positioning and growth initiatives.
  • Align campaigns with overall business priorities and measure impact.
  • Lead GTM execution for new product/campaign launches.
  • Coordinate across brand, D2C, performance and content teams (and external agencies).
  • Track and report on marketing KPIs, funnel metrics and customer journeys.
  • Drive strategic projects: decks for leadership, market research, internal comms.

What we're looking for

  • 4–6 years in marketing/growth/consulting or Founder's Office role.
  • Strong full-funnel marketing understanding (brand → performance → CRM → content).
  • Prior D2C / SaaS / high-growth startup experience preferred.
  • Hands-on execution ability + strategic mindset.
  • Strong analytics, communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with GA4, WebEngage, HubSpot, Ads Manager and Excel/Sheets.
