Role Description

This is a full-time, work from office role for a Founder's Office Associate, located in Gurgaon Sec-18. The Founder's Office Associate will work closely with leadership to support strategic and operational initiatives. Responsibilities include market research, data analysis, project coordination, preparation of business reports, monitoring key performance metrics, and assisting in decision-making processes. The role will also involve handling confidential tasks and driving cross-functional collaboration within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Business Reporting
  • 1-2 years of Work Experience in a similar role
  • Strong Project Coordination, Time Management, and Multitasking skills
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly
  • Problem-Solving, Critical Thinking, and Decision-Making abilities
  • High attention to detail, organization, and the ability to handle confidential information
  • Familiarity with Strategic Planning and Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
  • Experience in startup environments or fast-paced organizations is required
