About the Job

We're looking for a high-performance, high-discipline right-hand to the Founder—someone who brings structure, accountability, and proactive execution to the founder's day-to-day priorities.

This is not a simple "task-taking" role. You'll be deeply involved in managing operations, structuring priorities, brainstorming ideas, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks—from client execution to workouts, reading, and long-term goals.

What You'll Do (Your Day Might Look Like…)

  • Create and manage the founder's calendar: operations, sales, workouts, strategy time, reviews, and learning.
  • Join key internal and external meetings, take notes, and track follow-ups to completion.
  • Push daily accountability: ensure routines are followed, tasks are completed, and time is well spent.
  • Assist with brainstorming and light research (e.g., trends, pitch decks, brand strategy).
  • Structure the weekly game plan for the founder and ensure timely execution.
  • Use Notion, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, Asana, or Trello for planning and tracking.
  • Communicate with internal teams and freelancers to ensure timely execution.
  • Act as the founder's shadow—solve what they're too busy to solve and remind them of what's pending.

What You'll Need

  • 3–4 years' experience in operations, project management, executive assistant, or startup founder's office roles.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Notion, Google Calendar, Google Docs, and task managers.
  • Highly organized and a structured thinker.
  • Proactive mindset—you chase outcomes, not just wait for instructions.
  • Bonus if you have a creative or strategic streak—someone who reads, thinks, and contributes ideas.
  • Extreme ownership: you're here to make the founder better and stronger daily.

Compensation

  • ₹25,000 – ₹45,000/month depending on experience.
  • Performance-based growth every 3–6 months.
  • Opportunity to grow into Chief of Staff / Strategy / Growth roles.
