About the Role:

We are looking for a Founder's Office Associate/Manager who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and wants to directly shape the growth of a new-age personal care brand.

This is not a narrow function role — you'll work directly with the founder on high-impact projects across Shopify, Meta Ads, Amazon & lead growth experiments. If you've worn multiple hats at a startup before and want front-row exposure to brand building, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Projects


• Work on cross-functional initiatives — new launches, campaign rollouts, influencer tie-ins.


• Run competitive benchmarking and identify growth levers.


• Coordinate with supply chain & ops to ensure marketing and inventory alignment.


• E-Commerce Management


• Drive new initiatives on our Shopify store (PDPs, landing pages, funnel health).


• Track and improve site performance (conversion rate, bounce, funnel drop-offs).


• Performance Marketing Support


• Partner with the founder & teams on marketing campaigns, creative testing, and performance tracking.


• Drive experiments on Google & Amazon Ads to scale growth efficiently.


• Partner with leadership to drive NPDs.


• Marketplace Operations


• Oversee Amazon storefront health, product listings, and ad campaigns.


• Optimise for keyword rankings, reviews, and conversion uplift.

What We're Looking For


• 3–5 years of startup / D2C e-commerce experience (must-have).


• Hands-on knowledge of Shopify, Meta Ads, Amazon Seller Central, and Amazon Ads.


• Strong analytical mindset — able to dive into dashboards and spot patterns.


• Hustler attitude: comfortable with ambiguity, problem-solving, and context-switching.


• Good communication skills — ability to collaborate across teams and present insights clearly.
