About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
Founders' Associate
to work directly with the Founders of Terex Ventures. This role is ideal for a recent graduate from a reputed business school (BBA/BA/Business Management) who has completed internships and is eager to gain hands-on exposure to entrepreneurship, venture building, and leadership decision-making.

This is not a typical assistant role — you will act as the right hand to the founders, ensuring their schedules, priorities, and projects run seamlessly while learning the ins and outs of building and scaling a business.

Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Founders to manage their schedules, meetings, social media and travel plans.

* Conduct research, prepare briefs, and create presentations for internal and external meetings.

* Assist in investor relations, client communication, and stakeholder coordination.

* Support in managing special projects and follow-ups on key business priorities.

* Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information.

* Prepare meeting notes, track action items, and ensure timely execution.

* Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and founder priorities are met.

* Support in events, networking opportunities, and high-level meetings.

Who Should Apply
* Recent graduate in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.

* Prior internship experience (consulting, finance, startups, or corporate) is preferred.

* Excellent communication, research, and organizational skills.

* Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment directly with top leadership.

* Strong discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
