The Founder's Office Associate serves as the right hand to our founder, ensuring critical initiatives and daily business priorities are executed seamlessly. Success in this position looks like proactive problem-solving, effective stakeholder management, and gaining a holistic owner's perspective on investment management while simultaneously learning directly from a seasoned industry leader.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and design presentations, reports, and Excel models for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist the Founder with daily business priorities and time-sensitive tasks
  • Represent the Founder in meetings, conferences, and key interactions with external stakeholders
  • Coordinate with investors, advisors, legal teams, and portfolio companies across the organization
  • Develop and maintain relationships with investors, including proactive outreach to High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs)
  • Draft, review, and manage business communications and emails on behalf of the Founder
  • Provide strategic and operational support to the Founder across a diverse array of projects
  • Ensure smooth workflow and execution of business-critical initiatives in a dynamic environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory)
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and business communication
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to evolving business needs
  • Professional demeanor and confidence to represent the Founder in high-stake settings
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving aptitude
  • High degree of integrity, resourcefulness, and initiative
