Role Overview

As the
Founder's Associate
, you'll work directly with the Founder and leadership team to drive key strategic, operational, and growth initiatives across the company.

This role demands strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, and a deep sense of ownership. You'll act as the
right hand to the Founder
, helping turn ideas into action and vision into measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Founder to execute strategic projects across business, operations, partnerships, and marketing.
  • Prepare insights, reports, and presentations for internal reviews and investor discussions.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Growth, Operations, HR) to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
  • Track KPIs and progress on high-impact initiatives to ensure timely execution.
  • Represent the Founder in internal and external meetings when required.
  • Manage sensitive information and maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency, user growth, and worker onboarding experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High degree of ownership, agility, and comfort working in an unstructured environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
  • Passion for startups, technology, and creating social impact at scale.
