Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized
Secretary to the Founder
to provide direct administrative, operational, and coordination support. The ideal candidate should be efficient, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment. You will act as the Founder's right hand, ensuring seamless execution across meetings, communications, and daily priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Founder's calendar, appointments, and travel schedules efficiently.
• Draft, review, and organize business correspondence, presentations, and official documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Founder.
• Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all business communications.
• Assist in research, data collection, and project tracking for ongoing initiatives.
• Support in event coordination, brand collaborations, and investor communications as required.
• Handle day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth business functioning.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• Excellent command of English — written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar tools.
• Discretion, reliability, and a proactive approach to work.
• Prior experience in a startup or founder's office will be an added advantage.
