Role Overview

As an
Executive in the Founder's Office
, you will work directly with the Founder on strategic, operational, and cross-functional initiatives critical to Nynii's growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, combines analytical thinking with creativity, and wishes to gain hands-on exposure to the inner workings of a high-growth tech startup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Founder in day-to-day planning, decision-making, and execution of strategic projects.
  • Coordinate across teams — operations, product, marketing, and partnerships — to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to support business strategy and investor discussions.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefs for internal reviews and external stakeholders.
  • Track business metrics, analyze data, and suggest process improvements.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support high-priority initiatives such as brand collaborations, expansion programs, and new service launches.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • High level of ownership, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work closely with leadership and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Prior startup, consulting, or strategy experience is an advantage.
