Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Product Strategy Director, located in Jammu & Kashmir, India. The Senior Product Strategy Director will be responsible for leading the product strategy and roadmap, overseeing product development, conducting market analysis, and identifying new opportunities for growth. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, setting product vision, managing the product lifecycle, and defining key performance indicators. The role also involves ensuring alignment with company goals and driving the successful launch of products.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in product strategy and roadmap development
  • Experience in market analysis and identifying growth opportunities
  • Proven track record in managing the product lifecycle and leading product launches
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
  • Experience in the finance or investment industry is beneficial
