Creativity and strategy go hand in hand, and we strive to create impactful solutions for brands seeking to launch, build, and grow their business.Role Description**Collaborate with account strategists, digital creatives, and other team members to create videocontent that effectively drives resultsParticipate in developing creative strategy, brainstorming, and storyboarding for video projectsOversee planning and necessary communications to prepare for gathering footageConduct both on-site and off-site video shootsEdit and animate social ads for various social media platformsAssist in troubleshooting and providing technical support for video related inquiriesOversee equipment upkeep and appropriate use of video equipmentProven video editing, motion graphics and animated content creation experienceDetail-oriented and capable of producing a highly polished final productHighly proficient in video production and video-related equipmentFamiliar with producing for social media channels and other video-based digital platformsProficient in motion animations and incorporating graphics and text into video editsCapable of bridging marketing strategies with creative strategies using video advertising**Excellent communication skills and ability to effortlessly collaborate with others, both internallyand externallyCapable of receiving creative direction and handling criticism related to work**Capable of managing projects from start to finish, overseeing project timelines and deadlines, andhandlingclient communications related to video projects.Capture high-quality photographs and videosTrim footage segments and combine the sequences of the filmMake an overall video brand messaging strategyPrepare rough and final cuts for the videosInput effects, graphics, dialogues, and music into the videos to make them more visually appealingInsert music and necessary sound effects to the video clipsDiscover and implement new techniques and methods to maximize the company's efficiencyManage to work both on-site as well as off-site locationsCollaborate with stakeholders from production to post-production processMonitor all technical aspects of recording and editingWork effectively with the team members**
