At Peoplecentral, we are revolutionizing HR and payroll management with cutting-edge tools like REME and GOHRBPO. As we grow, we're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to bring our brand stories to life and support internal and external communication efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for marketing, training, and internal use.
- Add graphics, text overlays, animations, and sound effects to enhance visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to conceptualize and execute video content.
- Edit short-form content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage and organize video assets and maintain project files.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains high quality.
- Stay updated with industry trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and export settings for various platforms.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling through visuals.
- Basic knowledge of audio mixing and color grading is a plus.
- A portfolio or showreel of past video editing work is required.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Degree or diploma in Film, Multimedia, Communication, or related field is a plus
- Experience in motion graphics or animation is a plus.
