Role Overview:

As a Guest Relations Executive at FitClub, you will be the first point of contact for members and visitors. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting overall member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet members, guests, and visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Handle walk-in inquiries and provide detailed information about memberships, services, and promotions.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and appointment bookings.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Assist members with queries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring quick resolution.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth member onboarding.
  • Handle membership documentation, renewals, and payment follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, member interactions, and feedback.
  • Support in organizing in-house events and promotional activities.
  • Uphold FitClub's service standards and contribute to a welcoming environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in customer service, front desk, or guest relations (fitness, hospitality, or service industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, confident, and enthusiastic personality.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if required.
