Hiring: Operations & Guest Relations Executive Bengaluru Farm Stays

We are looking for a smart, organized, and self-driven individual to take charge of the day-to-day operations and guest coordination for Bengaluru Farm Stays, a hospitality brand that curates beautiful farm stay experiences around Bangalore.

The ideal person should be comfortable handling phone calls, managing bookings, coordinating with guests, and maintaining smooth communication between property owners, guests, and the operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend and manage all incoming calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries from guests.

  • Coordinate bookings, availability, and check-ins across multiple farmstay properties.

  • Maintain booking records, payment tracking, and guest communication logs.

  • Coordinate with on-ground staff, vendors, and property owners to ensure every stay is smooth and well-managed.

  • Assist in expanding the network by identifying and onboarding new farm owners who wish to list their properties under Bengaluru Farm Stays.

  • Develop creative ideas to promote the brand on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

  • Collaborate with the media and content team to create engaging stories, reels, and posts that showcase the brand's lifestyle and properties.

  • Prepare weekly updates and performance reports related to operations, leads, and guest experience.

Skills & Qualities

  • Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Kannada preferred).

  • Organized, punctual, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities.

  • Creative and enthusiastic about hospitality, nature, and marketing.

  • Confident with phone communication and follow-ups.

  • Basic understanding of social media trends and content creation.
