Job Summary:

The Guest Relations Executive will be the face of The Majesstine Sports, ensuring a welcoming and engaging experience for all visitors and members. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling member interactions, and supporting day-to-day coordination to maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests, members, and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Manage check-ins, registrations, and inquiries related to sports facilities, memberships, and events.
  • Maintain a positive environment by addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with operations, coaching, and facility management teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in queries efficiently.
  • Support in maintaining updated member databases and daily activity records.
  • Ensure the reception and common areas are organized, clean, and welcoming.
  • Assist in executing promotional activities, tournaments, and member engagement programs.
  • Collect feedback and share insights to help enhance guest satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
