Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relation Executive located in Bengaluru. The Guest Relation Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience. Responsibilities include managing guest interactions, addressing inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales-related queries, and performing receptionist duties such as managing appointments and maintaining records.

Location : Hebbagodi, Bangalore

Experience : 1 to 4 years from realestate background.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Guest Relations and creating a welcoming and positive environment for visitors.
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
  • Proven expertise in Customer Service, with the ability to address and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Knowledge and experience in Sales, including handling inquiries and assisting in sales drives or promotions.
  • Proficiency in managing front desk operations, including Receptionist Duties such as scheduling, updating records, and handling correspondence.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and other office management tools; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Customer Service, or related field preferred.
