Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Job Responsibilities
- Support the Managing Director in preparing and presenting reports, proposals, budgets, and documentation related to stakeholder and partner engagements.
- Experience with task management or sales software is desirable.
- Prepare all documentation required for key decision-making processes.
- Manage the MD's day-to-day schedule, diary, and appointments.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of the MD.
- Schedule meetings, arrange venues, coordinate hospitality, and manage visitor interactions.
- Service board meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and essential documents.
- Record and maintain minutes of meetings as directed by the MD.
- Manage all communications, mailings, and follow-ups as assigned.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
- Collaborate with the communications team to update and maintain databases and mailing lists.
- Act as a primary point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other departments.
- Ensure timely and accurate flow of information across teams.
- Oversee the performance of clerical and administrative staff.
- Format information for internal and external communications, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
- Ensure maintenance of accurate and accessible records.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Managing Director.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Positive, enthusiastic, and professional approach.
- Strong ability to prioritize and organize daily workload efficiently.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude with strong decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must-Have Skills
- Experience working in a manufacturing company with a turnover of ₹200 Cr+ and an employee strength of at least 300+.
- Experience in handling a team of at least 3 members (PA/EA will report to this role).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹85, ₹130,000.00 per month
