At De Arte Interiors, we believe that a well-designed space tells a story and transforms how you live. We are a boutique interior design firm dedicated to creating beautiful, functional, and deeply personal residential sanctuaries.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Sales Head who can lead our business development efforts and play a key role in shaping our brand's growth story.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
Generate and manage leads through networking, partnerships, and events.
Conduct consultations, build client relationships, and close high-value projects.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth project handoffs.
Stay informed about market trends and opportunities in the luxury interiors space.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in luxury services, interior design, architecture, or real estate.
Proven record of achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Passion for design and an eye for aesthetics.
Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
Bonus Points
Existing network in the design, architecture, or real estate industries.
Knowledge of interior design trends and luxury market insights.
