About the Role

Dharmic Homez is seeking a hardcore Closing Specialist A Sales Leader who lives to convert serious buyers into confirmed bookings. Youll handle qualified leads, build trust fast, and close deals with precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert warm leads into confirmed bookings for premium residential projects.
  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end closing process — from pitch to payment.
  • Handle high-value clients with confidence and persuasive communication.
  • Overcome objections and create urgency to finalize bookings.
  • Mentor team members to improve their closing performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven record of high-value real estate closures (luxury or mid-premium).
  • Excellent negotiation, follow-up, and conversion skills.
  • Confident, result-driven, and target-focused personality.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in real estate sales (Closing Role Preferred).
  • Malayalam Speaking professional is recommended.
