Seeking a highly experienced highly driven , visionary mid to seniorlevel sales/marketing manager who can build and expand a startup's salesteam from scratch. Responsibilities include forecasting demand,analysing and finding innovative marketing /sales strategies and newmarkets for existing and upcoming products, proactively suggesting andexecuting efficiency improvements, training and grooming second level, methodically prospecting customers and closing sales. Basically you are the hands on "to-go" sales head honcho in our team. Background : Several years experience in direct selling, striking dealsand building sales network at retail and wholesale level in preferablyconsumer electronics products. Excellent and consistent track record indelivering the works. Engineering background desired but not required. Skills(required) : Experience in delivering hands-on in start-upenvironment (very limited resources at your disposal) with a quickturnaround time. Forecasting demands, Deal Negotiation, prospecting andclosing sales, handling large accounts with public and private sectororganisations , bidding Tenders, liaising with management. Skills (desired) : Price point calculation, good head for numbers,finding new markets, proficient in Spreadsheet and email communication ,making reports and adopting new technologies to improve efficiency . Pay is consumerate with experience and will be competitive.
