Job Overview: Bluelupin Technologies is seeking an experienced Business Development and Sales Manager with a strong track record in IT sales and a deep understanding of global markets, particularly the US and Canada. This strategic role involves driving business growth, developing key partnerships, and playing a pivotal role in shaping the sales strategies and processes within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in IT sales across global markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, with a focus on understanding the unique business needs of international clients.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate key markets and achieve sales targets.
- Craft and present compelling proposals and presentations to a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor strategies to continuously adapt and refine our sales approach.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts, providing insights to guide business decisions.
- Mentor and lead future sales team members, promoting a culture of success and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and effective sales strategy
Qualifications:
- Proven 5+ years sales experience in the IT sector, with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated success in international markets, particularly in the US and Canada.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in developing sales strategies and processes in a dynamic business environment.
- Leadership qualities with a vision for nurturing and guiding a high-performing sales team.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
