Job Overview: Bluelupin Technologies is seeking an experienced Business Development and Sales Manager with a strong track record in IT sales and a deep understanding of global markets, particularly the US and Canada. This strategic role involves driving business growth, developing key partnerships, and playing a pivotal role in shaping the sales strategies and processes within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in IT sales across global markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, with a focus on understanding the unique business needs of international clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate key markets and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:
  • Proven 5+ years sales experience in the IT sector, with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated success in international markets, particularly in the US and Canada.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in developing sales strategies and processes in a dynamic business environment.
  • Leadership qualities with a vision for nurturing and guiding a high-performing sales team.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
