Business Development Manager/Sales Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Business Development Manager / Sales Manager who can identify, engage, and convert potential clients for our Digital Marketing services and SaaS-based business solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM tools, and client acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and online channels.
- Pitch and sell Digital Marketing solutions (SEO, SMM, Performance Marketing, Branding, etc.) and SaaS-based tools to prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person) to understand their business needs and offer customized solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Create detailed proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM data accurately and generate periodic sales reports.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing Sales, IT Services, or SaaS Product Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify client pain points and propose effective tech-driven marketing or SaaS solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Preferred Experience:
- Selling Digital Marketing retainers or performance-based marketing solutions.
- Experience in SaaS product demos and subscription sales.
- Prior experience working with startups or agencies is an added advantage.
