Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead Zoho-based sales initiatives, manage the BDE team, and drive revenue growth. The BDM will play a critical role in developing business strategies, building client relationships, and achieving organizational sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for Zoho-based business solutions.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team.
  • Identify, target, and close new business opportunities across industries.
  • Conduct high-level client meetings and negotiate contracts.
  • Work closely with technical teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and KPI dashboards.
  • Build strategic partnerships and participate in business events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Information Technology.
  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in B2B IT or SaaS sales, preferably with Zoho products.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience using Zoho CRM or equivalent tools for sales management.

Preferred Skills

  • Zoho CRM or Sales certification.
  • Prior experience in managing a sales team.
  • Strong business acumen with knowledge of market dynamics.
  • Exposure to solution-based consultative selling.
