Senior Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. A key part of this role involves leveraging freelance portals and online marketplaces to generate leads and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with company objectives.
- Generate leads and acquire projects through freelance platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, Toptal, and other relevant portals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and bids on online platforms.
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Negotiate and close business deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and generate reports for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–6 years of proven experience in business development, online bidding, or client acquisition.
- Extensive knowledge of freelance portals (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, Toptal, etc.).
- Strong network and ability to build lasting professional relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance
Pay: ₹13, ₹45,000.00 per month
