Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive
to drive client acquisition and business growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in lead generation, client engagement, and closing business opportunities across IT services and solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong client-facing abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and prospect new business opportunities through
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and other platforms
. - Conduct
product and service demos
tailored to client requirements. - Lead
client meetings (virtual and in-person)
, build strong relationships, and manage stakeholder expectations. - Prepare and submit proposals,
apply for tenders
, and participate in RFP/RFQ processes. - Develop and maintain a robust
sales pipeline
to meet revenue targets. - Collaborate with the technical team to design customised solutions for clients.
- Monitor market trends, analyse competitors, and recommend
business growth strategies
. - Drive brand visibility through active networking and professional platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum
2+ years of proven experience
in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in IT/Technology services). - Strong background in
B2B lead generation
via LinkedIn Navigator, freelancing portals (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.), and tender participation. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently handle client meetings and demos.
- Strong analytical and proposal writing skills.
- Understanding of IT solutions such as cloud, data engineering, AI, and digital consulting (preferred).
