- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate qualified leads through cold calling, prospecting, and market research focused on the USA. Engage with high-potential companies and decision-makers to open doors for new business opportunities.
 - Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong, consistent sales pipeline through research and CRM tools. Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth progression of each opportunity.
 - Client Engagement: Initiate meaningful conversations with prospects, schedule meetings, and deliver product demos to key decision-makers and stakeholders. Foster long-lasting relationships and consistently exceed client expectations.
 - Creative Outreach: Design and execute compelling email campaigns that capture the attention of prospects, boosting response rates. Develop innovative strategies to optimize lead conversion and maximize outreach success.
 
- Experience: Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the IT or technology sector.
 - Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level decision-makers.
 - CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline and track leads.
 - Creative Strategy: Strong creative thinking and ability to develop compelling outreach strategies to engage prospects.
 - Motivation: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to excel in a performance-driven environment.
