About Us:

Indian Institute of Fashion & Design (IIFD) is expanding its footprint across India. We are seeking a driven Franchise Development Executive to identify, onboard, and support franchise partners who share our vision of delivering world-class design education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential franchise partners through research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Reach out to prospects via calls, meetings, and presentations to explain IIFD's franchise model.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees.
  • Guide prospects through the evaluation, negotiation, and signing process.
  • Work closely with management to align expansion strategies with business goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and franchise deals.
  • Support franchise partners during the setup stage and act as a point of contact for their queries.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly franchise acquisition targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or channel expansion (education or service industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet potential partners.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with proven negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with Excel and MS Office.
