Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships, and a passion for sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through calls, emails, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Pitch products/services to potential clients and close sales.
- Work with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project delivery.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain records of sales and prepare regular reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 6–1 year of experience in sales/business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
