Role Overview

As a 
Technical Support Executive
, you will be the frontline interface between TOXLAB and its clients.

You will respond to technical inquiries, provide support on data interpretation, troubleshooting, and system use, and collaborate with our internal scientific and regulatory teams to ensure timely, accurate, and client first solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client queries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond to technical questions about testing processes, regulatory compliance, or laboratory services.
  • Assist clients with usage of portals, tools, or reports, guide them through standard workflows.
  • Log, track, and resolve client issues using the internal CRM or ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Lab Operations, and IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Proactively update users on service notifications, delays, or important lab findings.
  • Maintain and update support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base materials.
  • Keep informed on TOXLAB's services, such as toxicological risk assessments, CPSRs, PDE/OEL calculations, ecotoxicology, and regulatory consulting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in technical support, ideally in scientific or regulatory environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, comfort with technical explanations.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM or ticketing systems.
  • Basic understanding of laboratory testing processes, regulatory standards (e.g., OECD GLP, ISO 17025), and or safety assessments.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and client-focused.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with regulatory documentation (e.g., CPSR, PDE/OEL, risk reports).
  • Exposure to lab software, data portals, or LIMS.
  • Understanding of toxicology or analytical testing workflows.
  • Experience in a service based, compliance oriented company.
