Front Office Executive

The Front Office Executive is responsible for delivering excellent guest service at the reception desk. This role includes handling guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, attending to guest inquiries, and ensuring a smooth front office operation with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a pleasant check-in and check-out experience
- Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Manage guest queries, requests, and complaints efficiently
- Maintain accurate guest records and registration details
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room readiness
- Handle billing, payments, and cash/credit transactions
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest emails professionally
- Upsell hotel rooms and services when applicable
- Ensure front desk area is neat, presentable, and organized
- Follow hotel SOPs, safety, and security procedures
- Handle wake-up calls, messages, and concierge assistance
- Prepare daily reports and shift handover to the next shift
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a pleasant personality
- Good computer knowledge and familiarity with PMS
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of billing and cash handling
- Flexible to work in shifts
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
