We are looking for a Female Admission Counsellor to manage student admissions, handle parent enquiries, conduct school tours, and support admission conversion through effective counselling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle walk-ins, phone calls, website/social media enquiries related to admissions
  • Explain school curriculum, fee structure, facilities, and admission process to parents
  • Conduct and coordinate school campus tours for parents and students
  • Maintain and update admission enquiry records (Excel/CRM)
  • Do regular follow-ups to convert enquiries into confirmed admissions
  • Support admission events like Open House, School Fairs, Campaigns
  • Coordinate with academic/admin teams for documentation and admission formalities
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming experience for parents/visitors

Eligibility / Requirements

  • Female candidates only
  • Graduation preferred (any stream)
  • 1–3 years experience in school admissions / counselling / front office / sales (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in English + Kannada (Hindi is a plus)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer skills
  • Pleasant personality, confident, polite, and customer-friendly
  • Ability to work with targets and follow-up discipline

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in CBSE/International school admissions
  • Ability to manage lead sources (calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals)
  • Comfortable with parent interaction and conversion conversations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,556.13 per month
