Job Summary:
To drive business growth by identifying and developing new client relationships and opportunities in the Audio-Visual (AV) and Information Technology (IT) sector, leveraging consultative selling skills acquired from previous experience in automotive dealership sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients in sectors like hospitality, corporate offices, institutions, and commercial real estate.
- Conduct product presentations, solution demos, and site visits to understand client requirements.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, networking, and market research.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in coordination with the technical team.
- Negotiate and close sales, ensuring achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline, and sales forecasts using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on AV & IT products, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Work closely with project and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction post-sales.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proven sales experience (2-3 years) in a premium car dealership, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with consultative and solution-based selling skills.
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to quickly understand technology solutions
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
