Role Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our sales and marketing operations. The role involves assisting in campaign execution, client communication, lead generation, and maintaining marketing materials to help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with sales activities and tendering processes, including identifying and engaging potential clients.

Maintain and update customer databases, CRM systems, and lead records accurately.

Assist with planning and execution of promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.

Prepare sales reports, presentations, and marketing content for client meetings and proposals.

Manage social media pages, monitor engagement, and respond to inquiries.

Coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, and product demonstrations.

Conduct basic market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing proposals, and managing documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (final semester students may also apply.

Strong communication skills, eagerness to learn, and positive work ethic.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software tools.

Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

No prior industry experience is required. However, candidates should be ready to work diligently, demonstrate a strong willingness to learn new skill sets, and fully dedicate themselves to their responsibilities and performance targets.

Interest in infrastructure or construction industry trends.

Basic understanding of social media, digital marketing, or graphic design tools is a plus, but not mandatory.
