Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Guwahati for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting clients in purchasing and selling properties, conducting market research, generating leads, providing property tours, and negotiating deals. The role involves maintaining current knowledge of market conditions, handling client inquiries, and coordinating with various teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in sales, customer service, and client relationship management preferred
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends
  • Bachelor's degree from any recognised University.
