Job Description:
We are looking for an ambitious and result-driven Demand Manager to lead corporate and enterprise sales initiatives. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through solution-based selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate demand and close sales with corporate and enterprise clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for acquiring new business.
- Build, manage, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Drive negotiations and finalize deals with decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to deliver solutions.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to create sales opportunities
- Meet and exceed revenue and sales targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA with 37 years of B2B or enterprise sales experience
- Strong track record in handling corporate accounts and generating revenue.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and target-driven approach.
