Company Description

This is an Amazon authorized seller service fulfilment centre. With two centres in Tamil Nadu, our aim is to improve the convenience for Amazon sellers by providing warehousing, seller onboarding, merchant fulfillment, cataloguing, seller account management, and seller account reinstatement services. Our goal is to streamline and enhance the efficiency of seller operations within the Amazon ecosystem.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Guwahati. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting sellers with onboarding processes, managing seller accounts, facilitating merchant fulfillment, and ensuring the cataloguing of products is accurate and up to date. Additional tasks include providing support with seller account reinstatement and maintaining excellent communication with sellers to address their needs and enhance their experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in seller account management, onboarding, and merchant fulfillment
  • Skills in cataloguing and product management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Guwahati
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and experience in account reinstatement is a plus
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment centre is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field is preferred
