About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Generation & Client Engagement Executive who will act as the voice of our company to international clients. Your role will focus on outbound calls, prospect nurturing, and scheduling meetings that support the sales team in driving business growth. If you are a confident communicator with a passion for connecting with people, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to international prospects.
  • Introduce and explain IT/software services in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Generate qualified leads and update records in CRM.
  • Engage with potential clients to build initial trust and interest.
  • Schedule appointments/demos for the sales team.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to keep prospects warm.
  • Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and leads.
  • Provide feedback from prospects to help improve sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer communication is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English.
  • Confidence in speaking with international clients (Australia market).
  • Positive, persuasive, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in rotational Australian shifts.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or MS Office is an advantage.
