We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales pipeline. This role requires strong research skills, excellent communication, and a strategic approach to generating high-quality leads for our business development team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads through online platforms (LinkedIn,Upwork, business directories, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a strong lead database using CRM tools.
  • Reach out to prospects via email campaigns, social media, and cold calling when required.
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings/demos for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Track and report lead generation activities, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in lead generation, inside sales, or business development (preferably in IT services/software industry).
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead nurturing techniques.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
