Job Summary:

We're seeking a data-driven Performance Marketer to lead paid campaigns, optimize web properties (WordPress / Shopify ), and drive traffic, conversions and ROI for both our own brand and clients. This person should be creative yet analytical, able to collaborate with design, content, and strategy teams to deliver high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  • Audit, manage, and optimize websites (WordPress / Shopify) for speed, SEO, user experience, and conversion rate.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, ad copies.
  • Monitor campaign performance, create reports with actionable insights, present results to team/client.
  • Manage retargeting/remarketing, email marketing automation, and customer acquisition funnels.
  • Collaborate with creative/design teams to ensure ad creatives & landing pages are aligned with brand messaging.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools and technologies, especially in performance marketing.

Requirements:

  • 0 years of experience in performance marketing
  • Experience handling both website (WordPress / Shopify) and campaign platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and interpreting conversions, ROAS, CTR etc.
  • Basic graphic/design sense to collaborate with creatives or to tweak creatives for better performance.
  • Excellent communication skills (English, possibly Arabic if client base demands)
  • Self-starter mindset; able to manage multiple campaigns/clients simultaneously
