Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role (Office Location - Tilak Nagar, Jaipur) for an expert specializing in Meta Ads located.
We are looking for a
T-Shaped Performance Marketer
who specializes in driving results for coaches and consultants through paid advertising, while also having strong skills across the entire marketing funnel—from landing page creation to email automation and retention marketing.
This isn't just about running ads. You'll be responsible for building complete customer acquisition systems that convert cold traffic into paying clients and keep them engaged long-term.
If you understand the coach/consultant business model, know how to set up high-converting funnels, and can optimize campaigns to scale profitably—this role is for you.
Core Expertise (The "Vertical" of the T)
Paid Advertising - Facebook & Google Ads
- Plan, launch, and scale performance-driven campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads
- Conduct deep audience and keyword research to identify high-intent segments
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to hit KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, CAC
- Run A/B tests on ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Manage ad budgets ranging from ₹50K to ₹5L+ per month
- Stay updated with Meta and Google algorithm changes, ad policies, and best practices
Broader Marketing Skills (The "Horizontal" of the T)
Landing Page & Funnel Creation
- Build high-converting landing pages, webinar registration pages, and sales pages using tools like:
- GoHighLevel (GHL)
- ClickFunnels
- Leadpages
or similar platforms
- Optimize funnels for conversions through heat mapping, A/B testing, and copy improvements
- Understand funnel psychology and what makes coaches/consultants' offers convert
Marketing Automation & CRM Setup
- Set up email automation sequences (welcome series, nurture sequences, cart abandonment, post-purchase follow-ups)
- Build workflows in tools like GoHighLevel, , ActiveCampaign, or Mailchimp
- Tag and segment audiences based on behavior and engagement
- Integrate Zapier or for seamless automation between platforms
Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
- Develop and execute retention strategies to reduce churn and increase LTV
- Create re-engagement campaigns for inactive leads and past clients
- Set up email/SMS marketing campaigns to keep customers engaged
- Use upsell and cross-sell strategies to maximize customer value
Copywriting & Creative Collaboration
- Write compelling ad copy and landing page headlines that speak to the coach/consultant's target audience
- Collaborate with designers to create scroll-stopping ad creatives and video scripts
- Understand direct response copywriting and the language that converts in the coaching industry
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze the full funnel: from ad impression to client conversion
- Use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and UTM parameters to attribute revenue correctly
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Make data-driven decisions to improve ROAS and lower customer acquisition costs
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end campaign management: from strategy to execution to optimization
Build landing pages and sales funnels on platforms like and GoHighLevel
Set up marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and client onboarding
Implement retention marketing strategies to increase customer lifetime value
Conduct competitor research and stay updated on trends in the coaching/consulting space
Work closely with founder to understand their offer and target audience
Test, iterate, and scale campaigns that consistently deliver results
Requirements
Must-Have Skills:
- Minimum 1-2 years
of hands-on experience managing Facebook and Google Ads
- Proven experience working with
coaches, consultants, or info-product businesses
- Strong knowledge of
landing page builders

- Experience setting up
email automation and CRM workflows
- Understanding of
retention marketing, lifecycle campaigns

- Proficiency in

with the ability to interpret data and make optimization decisions
- Excellent
copywriting skills
for ads and landing pages
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with

- Knowledge of
SMS marketing
platforms like Twilio or built-in GHL SMS
