Performance Marketing Executive
with a minimum of
2 years of experience
in running and scaling paid campaigns for D2C/e-commerce brands. We are a young, fast-growing team working with 30+ brands across fashion, lifestyle, kidswear, education, and wellness. From product consulting and pricing strategy to website development, content creation, and performance marketing — we manage complete end-to-end brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management

  • Plan, build, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.
  • Manage performance marketing for multiple D2C brands simultaneously.

Data & Analytics

  • Monitor ROAS, CAC, CTR, AOV, and other key metrics.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Strategy & Collaboration

  • Coordinate with design, content, and web teams to ensure impactful creatives and landing pages.
  • Suggest audience strategies, funnel improvements, and scaling approaches.

Experimentation & Scaling

  • Test new campaign structures, creatives, and audiences.
  • Scale high-performing campaigns based on data-supported decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce or D2C brands preferred.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take ownership of results and manage multiple brand accounts.
