Core Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, partnerships, and revenue channels.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to achieve sales targets and business goals.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Create and present business proposals, pitch decks, pricing strategies, and contracts.
  • Manage lead generation, prospecting, and conversion through sales pipelines.
  • Maintain CRM databases and track sales progress and performance metrics.
  • Negotiate deals, close partnerships, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Sales & Marketing Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing teams for campaigns and brand visibility.
  • Support promotional activities, networking events, and trade exhibitions.
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams for project execution and client satisfaction.

Reporting & Strategic Planning

  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales forecasts, reports, and revenue tracking.
  • Analyze performance data and optimize strategies for better conversion.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities to scale business outcomes.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Provide excellent customer service and account management post-sales.
  • Address client queries, resolve issues, and build long-term trust.
  • Upsell and cross-sell company products or services to existing customers.
