We are looking for a highly motivated B2B Sales & Business Development Executive with 1+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong connections with HR professionals and co-founders, a proven aggressive sales approach, and exceptional communication skills. Experience in business development, client acquisition, and working with consultancies is essential. The candidate should have a solid understanding of diverse industries to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead business development efforts to acquire new clients
* Build and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals and co-founders
* Utilize an aggressive sales approach to achieve targets and expand business
* Demonstrate deep knowledge of various industries to drive solutions
* Work with consultancy teams to tailor offerings to client needs
Qualifications:
* 1+ years of B2B sales experience
