Job Role: Project Sales
Designation: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (Sales)
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
How can you make an Impact?
Oversee the expedient sale of units within the designated project.
Deliver precise and pertinent information regarding unit/project pricing, delivery schedules and specifications through site visits while addressing customer inquiries via telephone and email within stipulated timeframes.
Collaborate with back-office, legal and accounts departments to streamline documentation processes and ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
Administer existing payment collections and ensure their timely execution.
Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with prospective and current clients to foster referrals and achieve sales objectives. 6. Consistently update client and sales data on the Salesforce platform daily.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a candidate with 2 to 10 years of work experience post qualification. Work independently or with limited supervision.
High willingness and ability to learn.
Ability to lead from the front and a hands-on approach.
Goes in depth of issues and can provide structure to unstructured problems / issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹622, ₹1,168,173.23 per year
